Return & Exchange Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for fabric only orders, as long as the item meets the conditions below:

Must be unused, unwashed, uncut, and in original condition

Buyer must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order

Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense

Once we receive and inspect the returned fabric, we’ll issue a refund or exchange accordingly via Gcash or bank transfer

Must be within the Philippines
No Returns for Made-to-Order Apparel:

All made-to-order garments are final sale. Due to the custom nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
No returns, replacements, and refunds for international shipping (outside the Philippines) for all products.
